This simulator models long-term water scarcity scenarios using the WATX hydrological engine. It converts global indicators; groundwater depletion, drought severity, population exposure, and freshwater demand, into a century-scale projection of reservoir supply, evaporation, and rainfall allocation.
Each scenario illustrates how environmental stress propagates through the digital water cycle: Evaporation reduces reservoir supply, while rainfall replenishes it, both responding dynamically to the Water Scarcity Index (WSI). This tool is a scientific preview and does not display on-chain data.
